Let´s not forget about our Yang values!

Dear Sisters!

At present one hears a lot about the sacred femininity. It is true that in this system we should only ever function and that we have suppressed our feminine values. Many of us have to feel sensuality, vulnerability, spirituality, intuition again in our womb. In women's circles this is often spoken of only. But under no circumstances should we make the mistake of reducing ourselves to these so-called "female" values (Yin). Because the time will come that exactly this will be exploited again and we should only reduce ourselves to it and forget our "male" values (Yang). In a conversation with a friend about the topic, he said that it would be more practical for everyone if we could take care of the household and the children again and thus eliminate the double burden of work, household, child and elderly care. The time will come and women will also argue in this way. The time has already come. Look at the argumentation of the women of the political right spectrum. These are the blue women in Margaret Atwood's book "The Handmaid's Tale". The Handmaid's Tale is a dystopian novel by Canadian author Margaret Atwood, originally published in 1985. The blue women will later be quite furious once they have been taken at their word. Because when they get old, they are reduced to knitting and gardening and the old white men get the red women to have children. The red maids are reduced to dwelling machines. The rest of the population, both male and female, is responsible for tidying up the dead bodies and chemicals in the colonies. All are slaves of the few old rich white gentlemen. All this has already happened once radically during the burning of witches. Read through this book. It is a horror scenario. Let's not forget the warrior who is in all of us.

That is the special thing about my project Black Madonna For President. I have already been told that my project is not focused enough. There are many photo projects that focus on the so-called female values. I deliberately don't do that, because my aim is for people to realize that Yin and Yang are in both women and men.

Yin is more dominant in women and yang in men, but it's like saying "women are small and men are big." In fact, there are only slight variations up and down from the average. And we concentrate on these deviations. We are not seeing that both Yin and Yang exist in each of us. Besides, there are much more than two sexes. Intersexuals already exist legally in many countries. But sooner or later the legislation has to admit that there are even much more than three sexes because the transitions are fluid.

This photo series was taken when we first peacefully celebrated our Yin values and I photographed this. Suddenly a man appeared in this completely deserted area. We were naked and it didn't bother him that we first politely signaled that he shouldn't disturb us. Only after I yelled at him and made horrible grimaces like an angry fury did he leave the place as quickly as possible. We didn't talk about it any further and just went on and this dance developed, which I captured on the pictures. Only later did we learn that this man was traumatized in the Bosnian war of 1992 - 1995 and is now considered crazy in the area.

This is exactly what I wrote in the text of my project: "So if you think that it is an expression of power for men to violate sexual boundaries, then perhaps it is an expression of external power. Internally, these men are atrophied. In these men sits shame as well, if not, they would have not become abusive. "Shame is more likely the cause of destructive behavior than the healing."[21] Shame leads to the fact that the expression of feelings is no longer allowed and this in turn leads to even more violence, writes the American psychiatrist, James Gilligan.[22] "
